Training and Placement Department has organized Three Days Training Programme on ‘Access to Employability’ during 20th-22nd July 2017 for B.E.(Mechanical ) and B.E.(Electronics & Telecommunication) students. This programme was sponsored by Sri Sri Rural Development Programme, Bengaluru. India is facing a huge talent gap. The paucity of appropriate employable professional skills is evident, because students are unable to cater to the growing employment requirements of the industry. Thus an intervention to bridge the skill gap by integrating industry required job skills & life skills with the existing is necessary to enhance the employability potential of the college youth.
Following topics were discussed during the programme.
